How do I return an item?

 

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable.

  • All return / exchanges must be made within 7 days beginning from the date you receive your order.

  • All returns / exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your package. Please allow processing from your bank or Credit Card Company (up to 5 business days).

  • We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
